PayPal Integration Status:
- PayPal Status: (e.g., 🟡 Off) – This indicator shows whether PayPal payment processing is currently enabled or disabled for your AI chatbot.
Core PayPal Connection Setting:
The primary method for integrating PayPal with your iSales AI Chatbot is via:
- Custom Payment Link: (e.g., Not set)
- What it is: A unique, shareable URL generated from your PayPal business account that directs customers to a PayPal checkout page. This link can be for a specific product, service, or a general payment request.
- How to create it:
- Log in to your PayPal business account.
- Navigate to the section for creating payment buttons or payment links (often found under “Pay & Get Paid,” “Sell on Social,” “PayPal Buttons,” or a dedicated “Links” section, depending on your PayPal dashboard version).
- Follow PayPal’s prompts to create a new payment link. You can typically customize:
- Item name or description.
- Price and currency.
- Options for quantity, shipping, and tax if applicable.
- Once created, PayPal will provide you with a shareable link. Copy this link.

- Enable: Activates PayPal as a payment option for your bot. When a user is ready to pay via PayPal, the bot will use the configured payment link.
